I was told many things during the hiring process, one of them being 12 hr shifts 4 days a week. When i started it was 12 hr shifts 5 days a week even though my schedule showed 4 days a week only. When i looked on kronos for the extra day that was part of my schedule it even said non scheduled. So they unprofessionally lie to you instead of just stating schedule is really 5 days a week

I have not worked for Tesla yet, but came here to see what people had to say. After reading the comments, please understand that long hours are standard in the automotive industry. I’ve rarely worked less than five 11’s in the six years I’ve been an ASM for Honda, Toyota twice and Mercedes Benz. Yes compared to other careers, this is a lot, but it’s every service department, in every dealership in America’s working hours.
