Great people, terrible company
During my time at TestAmerica, it because very obvious that there is a culture there of not investing in their employees. They don't offer competitive pay, make you work long hours, and ask far too much of their low-level workers. This leads to a very high turnover rate, which makes TA not want to pay people or try and make them stay, and it's a positive - more... feedback loop. Management is aware of this and, instead of trying to incentivize people to stay at the company, they just expect people to leave after a few months once they find better jobs.

ProsGreat coworkers, unlimited overtime during busy months
ConsBad pay, long hours, little recognition
