I am not ashamed because the company is the problem, not the employees. I have a stellar resume but they treat people (all of whom are overqualified) like they have no expertise.

Average of about 9 or 10 hours a day. Some people work a lot more, upwards of 12+ hours a day.

They assign lab techs more work than can be done in a 40 hour work week, so you have to work extra if you want to finish all the work management expects you to finish.

Raises? There were no raises. As a matter if fact during 2017 when their very old and inadequate systems contracted a virus, they forced salaried employees to take a pay cut and hourly employees had to take 1 furloughed day off a month

I think that so long as the work is there, the company will be around. TestAmerica Knoxville is one of the few labs that deals with Hi-res samples, so they do a lot of specialized work.
