Skip the interview. You will gain nothing by working for this company. Your career will stall and they will make you feel lucky to have a job. It's a terrible, terrible environment. I regret working for this firm.
Be prepared to be interviewed with multiple people and have multiple interviews in one day to get the process moving faster. Sometimes the process of choosing someone to be interviewed can take months depending on the position and the hiring manager. If you have years of experience, there will be less questions and more of an overview of the company in the interview. If you don't have much experience, you can expect to have more questions in the interview. If you are brought in for an interview, you can almost guarantee that you will get the job based off of process of finding individuals that are qualified for the job.
