MS&T Technician III (Former Employee) – Irvine, CA – March 13, 2019
* Too many mtgs. management was never on the floor or in their offices. Accessible only by email or they would call you from a conference room. Loved to delegate their work! * Due to Critical Drug Manufacturing, I was able to learn all I needed to be able to successfully move on to another Parenteral Manufacture. * Department Mgr. had no influence or authority, wouldn't enforce documented procedures. The hardest part of the job was to convince cross-functional departments to support annually mandated Re-qualifications. * Collaborating within many different levels of the company. Negotiating schedule and priorities. * Employees are very knowledgeable, experienced and desire to be helpful and successful.
Administrative Coordinator (Current Employee) – Forest, VA – February 26, 2019
This is a great place to learn about the production and packaging of pharmaceuticals. Even though one would be dedicated to a specific department, you would often work with other departments to get the job done. Training was adequate and there was always something different to learn.
Material Handler/Forklift Operator (Former Employee) – Gurnee, IL – February 19, 2019
Teva pharmaceuticals had the best employees I have ever worked with. The company would have thrived under better management. Great benefits but poor raises even when somebody took on multiple responsibilities.
Planning and Reliability Manager (Current Employee) – Elizabeth, NJ – February 18, 2019
This job has continued to strengthen my managerial skills. Though often short personnel, the focus it enables allows me to continue to build both my individual skills plus ability to better manage my direct reports.
Good Colleagues, Good Benefits, High workload, High stress

Great learning experience. Very fast-paced, high workload, high stress. More work than resources available. Learning resources available if you have the time to spare. Company uncertainty with recent changes and relocation of headquarters.
Good benefits, good colleagues, discounted/free Teva products
High stress, high volume workload, corporate uncertainty leading to declining morale.

Managers were rarely at work and didn't provide the needed support. Often micromanaged when on floor. Very little room for advancement. Company doesn't reward for achievements. We even paid for our own "pizza days/holiday parties"

Quality Specialist I (Former Employee) – Forest, VA – January 22, 2019
Frequent change in site leadership. Site slowly declined following acquisition of Barr by Teva. Uneven job titles and compensation based on industry experience which Corporate HR and management were slow to review and never implemented. Competing priorities between departments. On a positive note, the work was meaningful making a difference in the lives of others by bringing needed generic affordable medicines to market.
Systems Specialist (Current Employee) – Irvine, CA – January 2, 2019
the most enjoyable part of the job is that you are working on medicine that helps people improve their life. I have learned a lot through the years because there are opportunities to move to different departments and learned other things.
