A lot of internal favoritism. Very unbalanced work load, unstable and hostile environment. Management was not helpful or interested in improvement, more so maintaining a process without doing any extra work.

I used to work in the Behavior Stabilization team. They say that they will treat you well but after working for a year I have found that out to be false. I feel bad for clients that need help and dont access the help they need. A long waitlist is the fact of the matter when it comes to nonprofit companies. Also the place is rarely ever clean.
