Management is not good, they cannot control their workers, coworkers have their cliques and make your life miserable if your not part of it! No holiday bonuses, raises are very small,if any!

I had a phone interview first, and then a panel with 5 staff. The interview went really well. It even ran over, because they all said that I fit in perfectly with the team and it was more of a conversation. They said I'd definitely hear from them soon.....never did. A whole month went by and I went ahead and accepted another offer. It's been over 2 years, with not so much as an email from them. Very disrespectful, I feel.
