Txdot doesn’t pay professionals enough, don’t work for Support Services Dept if you are an architect, it is run by non-professionals who won’t appreciate your input or profession, Txdot doesn’t even list architect as a job position

8 hours per day, no overtime. A wreck for a callout goes to favortism.

No one else gets overtime and hard to make ends meet at $13.75 an hour, with a family.
