Horrible horrible management is not good. They watch everything you do.
BOS (Former Employee) –  Houston, TXApril 10, 2019
All I can say is it is a very watchful stressed environment. Upper management is horrible. They know they need more employees but won’t hire them. One manager is like a hall monitor. Everyone seems unhappy and the place is cold.

Medical Assistant (Former Employee) –  Houston, TXFebruary 2, 2019
It's a privilege to work at Texas ENT. They provide you with one month of training where you have the opportunity to learn enough about your job and the specialty. Doctors are wonderful specialists , very knowledgeable that care a lot about their patients. I have nothing but great things to say about this company and the staff.

It is like a swing door there, one day someone is there and gone the next. The cost alone in shirts and training has to be crazy high.
Collector (Former Employee) –  CBOMarch 26, 2018
It was the worst place I have ever work at by far. Bad work environment, there is only one person that matters there so you better hope she likes you or your work life will be miserable before she makes sure you are gone!!! She runs Managment and she does no wrong....Karma!!

Allergy Testing Nurse (Current Employee) –  Houston, TXSeptember 13, 2017
NOT employee friendly. Co-workers will spy and tattle on you. Stressful environment. No advancement. Strict manager with no flexibility. She was good at letting you have your time off.

PATIENT INSURANCE REP (Former Employee) –  Katy, TXAugust 7, 2017
The physicians in the group when I was employed there were great to work for as was the rest of the office staff. It was fun and easygoing.

The company overall was great to work for and advancement for any clerical position was dependent on ones ambitions.

I can't write enough about this company. They have an employee appreciation luncheon every for months. This is a large company that has several locations- Houston, Conroe, Webster, and Tomball.

Nurses work as Medical Assistants
Texas ENT employee (Current Employee) –  HoustonSeptember 3, 2015
If you are a SEASONED nurse, STAY FAR AWAY. You will be working a MEDICAL ASSISTANT doing vital signs only! Be very leary. No direct access to anyone, email chain is a hierarchy.
