Put your management in check. THR is losing a lot of great employees in order to save money. Or there is an incentive for the managers to not spend on employees. Fix it, you have more managers than skilled employees. Every department is important to keep the hospital functioning at its best for the patients. Talk to your employees and listen to them. There is a big disconnect and therefore a lot of stressed employees.
