Very enjoyable 5 years, until the division was sold. Interesting, challenging work, great colleagues, freedom to be creative.

The good thingsGreat workplace and colleagues. There are projects and programs for those who wish to step up in their respective careers. The challengesSome of the processes were manual but leaders are working towards automation and they welcome process improvement initiatives.

Not with the best work-life balance, but do have lot of opportunities to work on different type of products and market across different product lines in the company. Very structured R&D flow, good for young professionals to learn for best practice

The semi-conductor industry is exciting. You get to be part of mind-blowing projects hand in hand with engineers. TI takes advantage of hard-workers; basically use you to the ground. 6 people workload gets to be assigned to like 2 people making it very hard to even look forward to going to work. I wish they had a better system to ensure workloads are distributed evenly.
