I was there 22 months and never got a raise or evaluation even though it is clearly stated that your Manager should do so. I would bet that the managers get their reviews and raises in a timely manner.

I haven’t gotten a raise in 4 years. I’m “capped” out at a below Austin salary norms. When I did get raises it was only 1-3% at your annual review.
