I would compensate my employees that work hard and get the job done correctly. I would would hire more people as most of us are understaffed. More employees mean more patients we can get in the door. As a CC calling all new patients gets hard because we dont have enough help in office.
I also dislike the fact that we do not seem to get rid of the people who are not an asset to the team and do not show amazing customer service and also do not fit our culture. We seem to give too many tries and chances and then we lose out on the good employees.
