Server in Chantilly, VA

Loved working at Texas Roadhouse— felt like a family. Fun environment with line dancing and pretty straight forward expectations for everyone as far as company policies.

The title says it all. You aren’t paid for what you put in. They promote on seniority for the most part. They tell you what you want to hear and you are not compensated well at all.
Server in McDonough, GA
on August 8, 2022
I loved working at Texas Roadhouse McDonough. The traffic in the area is rough, and the check totals are low. But overall, fun atmosphere and great coworkers!
Grill Cook in Oxford, AL

Haven't been open a year. Can't get equipment fixed. Management (managing partner) more worried about bonuses and getting people into store than quality of service. Table turn not getting it right.
Restaurant Server in Texas
on August 6, 2022
If you're outgoing, comfortable with meeting and greeting strangers on a daily it's a great place. The amount you make as a server comes down to your service and the customers. You can provide the best service and still not make a whole lot. Just depends, although your attitude towards the guest help tremendously! Some shifts are more stressful and fast paced than others, but you'll have your slow days.
