Definitely my manager. She is rude and yells at you in front of everyone when she is stressed and she picks her favorites and gives them the better shifts and gives others barley any. Instead of telling me how to do better or how to do something she will talk behind my back and tell co-workers the "dumb" mistakes I made. It is hard to have a good time at work with her.

I’ve been working for Texas Roadhouse for 2 years now, and I’ve never worked at such a excuse me but bum “butt” restaurant. No matter what day or how many server assistants or hosts we have the top share is always 3 percent they claim that when we’re busier the hosts and servers assistants get paid more than 7.25 but I went through my friends pay checks from hosting for a year and she never made more than 7.25 so that’s Texas Roadhouse for you. I wouldn’t apply save yourself the trouble
