Management for sure! They tell you one thing and as you’re doing that they yell at you and claim that’s not what they told you to do. Favoritism is an insanely bad issue in Fort Gratiot Michigan one. Over hiring so nobody gets hours is common too

That’s funny because the one I work at, they were paying a manager in the kitchen only 10 dollars an hour but some dude on fry 17. And girl who literally just rolled silverware got 9.50 50 cents less than the manager like okay y’all are wack
