Texas Roadhouse
Texas Roadhouse Employee ReviewTexas Roadhouse Baker Review - Fun workplace
Baker (Former Employee) - Abilene, TX 79606 - June 18, 2016
I loved this job. I was able to bake bread and put in baskets for servers to take to the customers. It was fast paced during peak times but was still really fun. I loved my co-workers. The hardest part was trying not to burn yourself and getting by on your own when someone didn't show up to work.

Amazing understanding management!
Waitress and baker (Current Employee) - Nashua, NH - April 14, 2022
Amazing understanding management! I have been at the nashua location since 2017. Covid really hit everyone hard, so like everywhere we are short staffed but getting back to normal finally. I couldn't ask for a better general manager , hes always there for all his staff, says hi to each person individually. We celebrate everyone's birthday, the holidays we have tons of fun ! I can't speak for every location but ours is like family!
Pros
Free bread ! The latest we are open is 11 so no super late nights ! Discounted food .
Cons
Mostly 2nd shift

Not a top job. Rude employees rude managers and owners , people working with Covid there. No good pay in any position there. I applied for other jobs and really wish I stuck with the others then Texas Roadhouse probably worst job I’ve had
Cons
The whole job
