Management needs to communicate more with instructors. And not always on a negative critical level. Even if its dropping by to see how things are going. Its hard to know were you stand if management wont talk to you.

I feel like I did a great job going to my work sessions and helped out the students in the way I can show them the steps to their problems. I enjoyed also talking to my fellow tutors about tutoring the students.
