Wage is a big issue, this is a great company but other companies are paying more money for the same job. Question the turn over rate for each department. Have an open door policy for employee's to be able to go to human resources without it getting back to their supervisor. Allow survey type information via email, to receive feedback from employee's. To take every concern into consideration.

Clean House of old management who hinders the growth of the departments. Accountability of upper management. Need to have an outside company audit each department and their employees and conduct a confidential survey to thoroughly investigate the bad, unprofessional behaviors that exist and have existed for many years thus creating an ongoing high turnover rate.
