Less emphasis on the volume of stuff being put out on the floor and more emphasis on how that stuff is presented. The housewares/toys/etc side of the store (Windsor Park) looks trashed 90% of the time, mostly because the employees are given very little time to actually condition and make attractive displays. The shelves are dirty and disorganized and no one has time to actually create an attractive store.
There is a problem with customers removing price tags and breaking into "goodie bags" - this problem could be partially alleviated by having more staff actually on the sales floor, maintaining the stock but also keeping an eye on customers.
Stop the shenanigans!
NEW management and at least a $2 pay raise for all employees. Even in Killeen minimum wage just doesn't cut it. And when you add in the work load, atmosphere and managers it's just way to low pay. For people that have daily aggressive quotas $7.25 is really not ok.

Store needs to be cleaned better. Raise the pay of the employees. That's the least he can do after everything they have to deal with. Get raises and most importantly security. This is not the safest work place I always feel a bit uncomfortable with some of the customers. The cashiers and managers are constantly being cussed out or threatened. People come in and make a mess. If I could give security no stars I would.
