Built this business from ground up. Start the day at 9 AM until closing at 8 PM. Usually leave home by 9 or 9:30 PM. Opened 7 days a week for a while and then changed to 6 days a week. The hardest part of the job is working after work on paperwork and advertising and marketing. The best part of the job is seeing customers happy. Getting to know your customers and seeing them enjoy the food is the best feeling in the world. All employees are easy to work with. Overall, a great learning experience.
