Cheap Micromanaging Company
Written by Manager (Former Employee) from Roseville, CA on September 7, 2018
Incredibly micromanaged all of the time. When you're short staffed and literally running around doing every departments job due to lack of staffing (because the company refuses to pay hourly employees a decent wage) they are blowing up your email asking why xyz hasn't been done. Incredibly long work days cameras everywhere including back offices so - more... that corporate can watch you. Paid the minimum allowed to pay a salaried manager (twice minimum wage) based on a 40 hour work week but wait they require 50 hours onsite! Likely you'll spend 60 plus hours on site, work from home and still get your he ... - less
Prospaid time off, dental, vision and health insurance (you pay partially for)
Conslong work hours, micromanaging, no recognition, overworked, no work life balace
