Excellent pay, pressure to perform

Good company but just a number, some good management some poor, varies by region, long hours, overtime available and on call, random shifts, lots of evenings and weekends, 5+ days on in a row mostly. Job easy if competent mechanic, top pay compared to being in a garage, lots of driving. Overall better than most employers.

High Pressure, Fast Paced, Dangerous working environment, Middle Management are liars and Martinets

At the Beck and call of the computer or smartphone app when either or both actually connect to the internet.Sent to ridiculously unsuitable locations and then disciplined when it takes longer than five minutes to load despite the vehicle being damaged and unable to roll on its own wheels.Shifts bounce around the clock and make it impossible to get a healthy sleep pattern.Union are management "Yes" men with no power to support the individual employee

okay to work, not to good pay. they can do better, not hard to work, lots of spotsHorrible communication from the get go. Was lied to from the get go. Fleet manger never scheduled my first run. Recruiter and job fair peeps lied. Only good part would've been the pay. If you do Detroit to Iowa it's multiple stops.

Great place to spend time and learn about work culture

Enjoyed companmy work culture and ability to solve problems. Enjoyable part was creating dashboards and having a team env. Hardest part was getting to communicate and be on tje same page.
