I hate going to work. I literally dread the drive.
I dread going to work. The CNAs are mistreated by the Nurses. The work is too hard. We're always short of staff because CNAs and Nurses are always quitting CNA (Current employee) Chicago, IL
The stressful part about going to work is that you can not talk to anyone about any concerns you have with the residents or the work environment. If you talk to the administrator Chris or the assistant administrator chris they will simple ignore any concerns and continue to hide in their offices. They don’t even listen concerns family members have. They will just ignore them. That is what I hated the most about going to work. I hated not having a voice or an opinion
I enjoy seeing my residents and my co-workers.

Sometimes I am excited. And sometimes I dread walking in knowing that we will be working short.
