Look at your dons and give employees surveys on how they feel about them.

Pay a better wage for certain positions. Housekeepers and dietary people are working just as hard as the other staff. You can go to other places and make better wage for a easier job.

Check for racial and religious disceimination by your administration. In particular the Orland Park location. Everyone that complain can’t just be disgruntled employees.

Administrators need to heed the advice of their supervisors. They are the ones that are "in the trenches " when it comes to the daily operations of the facility

Don't take for granted the staff you have working for you in the facilities. The department heads care about their jobs and want to do well. They need to be and feel valued by the corporate VPs and CEOs. They dont take the time to get to know the department heads to know their true worth to the company.
