The stressful part about work is that no cares about the residents overall care. Administration just wants to get through one day and make sure the residents eat and get changed. That’s all the care about.

Trying to keep up with charting making sure your patients are dry, (you are given way to many patients) they are always extensive and in a lot of pain and easily injure since just got out of hospital for surgery. Call lights go off every single minute. Nurses are rude, management rude.
