Coworkers management residents they accept any resident even if we can’t watch them
The stressful part about work is that no cares about the residents overall care. Administration just wants to get through one day and make sure the residents eat and get changed. That’s all the care about.

It's really fast paced. But it got me ready for working in the hospital. If you can't keep up here you won't make it in the big leagues
Facility has been severely understaffed for years - Administration has no intention or incentive to resolve underlying issues. No interest in staff development or retention.

Trying to keep up with charting making sure your patients are dry, (you are given way to many patients) they are always extensive and in a lot of pain and easily injure since just got out of hospital for surgery. Call lights go off every single minute. Nurses are rude, management rude.
