My experience wasn't a good one. They have no HR department in pompano Beach Preserve. They have a representative from the business office. She sends you to get drug screen and they do credit check and background. No one calls you, for results. You leave a voicemail it's ignored no return call. My experience was no information until 2 weeks later, after calling numerous times. Not even the hiring manager returned my call. Come to find out my drug screen was positive for a prescription medication that was legal and prescribed by my doctor. A Medical Review Officer overturned my screen to a negative. Mind you they never called yet. Now it's 3 weeks later I received a voicemail from the hiring manager who stated we we're waiting for the diagnostic test results, we received it today on a Saturday called) we decided to rescind your job offer. I called to speak with hiring manager to get details, nothing no call back just none to speak too. During my entire process I was not able to talk to anyone. They never communicated with me . My job offer rescinded by a voicemail. I have never written a review before. This situation was not handled properly. No H R? I have been working all my life 40 years and never been treated so.

I get a knot in the pit of my stomach. My director stabs me in the back every week. When the corporate people come, you will be bullied and taunted. I wish I had never worked here.

Teach your Managers and Office staff HR etiquette. Because their is no H R on your property. They don't follow up with you or return phone calls. Very rude not to follow through with the person after job offer. You have the right to reject an offer at least have the decency to inform the person before you list the job back on Indeed.Same job I was offered ... before informing me you rescinded. You reposted the job on website . When a person think they have this opportunity, you don't call to tell them.,..you just say to heck with that person. How would you feel? All someone had to do was inform the person. Just by chance I knew something was wrong when I called so many times and got nothing no call back at all
