-employees seldom allowed or not allowed to work remotely at all

-recurring/excessive promotion in some departments and next to none in others (that are equally if not more deserving); Some departments are full of "directors"

Everyone working there has the highest professional profile, they are very dedicated and supportive. There can be too much work sometimes. it is good for people who wants to learn more about the museum field.
