From the time I applied online, it took 3 days to receive a phone call from the HR manager, then 1-2 days for the email follow-up, then 2 more days to hear from the CEO and President on the next steps and an invitation to meet in person - so less than 2 weeks total. Aspire is very efficient, organized, yet respectful, and flexible with your time. They didn't ask you to do "free work" for them by way of presentations/proposals, but to take a 15-30 minute personality test (the same test they give to customers to build self-awareness/leadership style), email some examples of past work, followed by really thoughtful interview questions. It felt more like a conversation than getting drilled. Good experience.

High expectations for marketing and sales delivering results, without much in the way of budget or pay. Resources are tight. Pay is not a motivator but it sure helps employees live a higher quality of life with current high inflation on basic things like gas, groceries, rent

Treat your sales team as vital members of the business and realize that, without them, you have no clients. Stop playing favorites and acknowledge results. Keep your word on policies.

There really is no cap, but overall performance is a huge factor in this and any management team has their breaking point. Perform well at your position, you will get grace. Don't, and you will see less of that. All within the power of the employee.
