When I came in for my interview I was interviewed by what I call a "board" there was three people interviewing me, the director of nursing, the head of HR and an R.N. We all set around a table and they took turns asking me interview questions. For example what's my greatest strength. What's my weaknesses, tell them about a time where I didn't do something correctly and what I did to fix it and what was the final outcome. My advice would be to go to your interview looking very professional, research the facility to be prepared to answer questions about why they should hire you, be as pleasant as possible and take a note book to write down things to remember. Like salary, day of orientation, dress code info ect. And ask questions. Places love when you ask questions back, it makes you seem more interested in employment with their company.
Not good insurance if you have kids.
