They are a large company that are doing great things but are unorganized.

At the customer facing level most locations, products and people are performing at a higher level than industry standard. There is some disconnect in the communication between their customers and corporate. Bay Club is expanding fast but struggle with direction and a comprehensive picture of what they are trying to achieve as well as how they are communicating that to their employees and members.
The best a[art about working for Bay Club is the management/team inside the building. The company from above seems less appealing but the folks who actually have boots on the ground are some of the hardest working, reliable, motivated, and wonderful people I've had the pleasure to work with. They recruit top talent; just need to find way to better keep it.
Team members, use of fitness facility, top talent all around in all areas of business
High stress environment, very little employee appreciation efforts, pay is not relative to amount of responsibilities associated with job

Monthly sales and revenue goals. Transparent company culture. Technology and infrastructure needs to be improved to help productivity. Great perks such as free family membership, childcare. Long work days, weekends and holidays required.
