Good learning experience. Lots of responsibility for the money. There are opportunities to move up but unless something had changed that just means you have to leave behind any sort of home life.

They had no clue what they were doing, everything they said in the interview was a lie. No one had a single clue what they were doing that day and we had to go over the same place we just finished 3 different times. They yell at you, bark orders and stand around and the people that actually worked got crapped on. So much more negative reasons to never work for this company

There’s not much I have to say on this end, other than that it’s pretty great, it has nice security, intensive training for personal safety on the job, protective gear, kind managers, etc. the job I worked was a temporary contracting

This company requires the employees to train themselves on your own time without any compensation. Shortly after I was hired I was bombarded with training videos that were required viewing. I watched the first batch which was about 2 hrs worth of videos on my own time. Then a day later I was sent more videos and they kept coming. I got frustrated and quit even before I got to my first job. I cannot believe any company would expect employees to watch training videos unpaid on their own time. How is this even legal? They will also force you to room with a complete stranger and have you sign a arbitration agreement within the new hire paperwork. Absolutely Not! I ran away from this company as fast as I could.
