Its a ok place to work.

I wouldn’t do it
This place has no respect for its employees, the work is time consuming. They want everything done in 8 hours and it’s impossible sometimes. Management is terrible.

Great residents and top notch facility
Beechwood has a great potential to be one of the best care facilities in the nation. They have a well supplemented board, an in house CEO, and management that leave themselves open for interaction.

Give bonuses
I love my job at the Beechwood Home, I greet guest, I assist our residents. My job is not stressful at all to me. I feel it is very laid back. They do show you that your are appreciated.

Fun place to work
Opened, sorted, stamped, coded bills for A/P
Receptionist duties on weekends - answer phones, greeted visitors and vendors; handled petty cash for residents

Liked the management - easy to get along with

Co workers were great

Hardest part of the job was seeing the residents (patients) getting sicker and dying

Most enjoyable part of the job was talking to the residents and getting to know about their lives before they had Multiple Sclerosis
