Every one is in an uproar about management, feeling neglected and mistreated, and grossly under paid. Well first of all please get a better management team. Losing contracts means losing money. Over worked and under staffing is unacceptable. If you want good employee's you must treat people right. This should NOT be a modern day slavery. People have to stand up for themselves and protest this company, believe me they will have to get it right! No workers no money for them. Business goes down
