They actually send you a copy of the interview questions beforehand to better prepare you for the interview. Using the wraparound principles and really doing your research about it raises your chances of being hired. The interview was a panel interview for me, but everyone was super welcoming and made it a comfortable experience. Make sure you ask a few questions at the end and just let your passion speak for you.
