Poor Upper Mangement/HR

There is no communication in this company. What HR and the CEO want, they get. That is it. You have no say whatsoever. The raise was as miniscule as possible. Terrible place to work

This is a terrible company from management to the doctors. They are money hungry and overwork their workers and underpay. The verbal abuse you receive from the patients is foul and the lack of communication from doctors to patients from employee to management is pitiful. Do not work here if you care about your mental health or want to be micomanaged and underpaid.

Reasons to not work here: 1. Schedule jam packed. They will start to change appointment times to 15 minutes long when census is high. Also schedule training during your lunch.
