Very uplifting environment where everyone wants the best for you! Supervisors really care and your time and efforts are valued. Very rewarding career seeing patients improve with time and interacting one on one with patients and their families.

Great work-life balance, no weekend shifts, fun job working one-on-one with people.

I love being a vision therapist at CVD. A typical day includes admin time for planning patients then working one-on-one with patients for the rest of the day. I enjoy getting to know each patient and their family because we see them every week for about 1 year on average. CVD is women-led and operated and we are a collaborative and hard working team. The hardest part of the job is that you will never stop learning. Each patient's program is individualized to them so we are always learning new exercises and protocols to best help them.
