Give more hours. When I put my two weeks in my general manager begged me to stay. However, the damage was done. I wasn’t used to only working once a week and only making $80 in two weeks (pay is biweekly). When the schedule was done by the bakery manager, he did it based on favoritism.

I make 11.25 an hour. Plus tips. I work in the Indianapolis location and this past week have made over $200 in tips. I also work all the time and it depends on your customer service and what shifts you work.

In Atlanta. 4 during the week, 3 on weekends. Shift leaders get 5 during the week and 4 on weekends. Wages were the absolute lowest in the country at $2.13/hr. I feel like the 3 tables sections wouldn’t be a thing if the tipped minimum was higher.
