The Children's Place Careers and Employment

Company isn't the best with treating their employees but WHO you work with makes the difference. The expect a LOT of work for the bare minimum pay. But this discount is great. After spending some years there I think i'm better off just getting the CP credit card, they can keep the discount.

Good discount was the only reason to stay

Company paid very little to employees, regularly got a yearly raise of 5 cents an hour. Always increasing work loads without increasing pay. The employee discount is great if you have kids but otherwise, wasn't worth it.

Best if you want to work a lot of hours and not feel appreciated

I've been with TCP for over a year and can honestly say that if you like to work I'm an environment where everything is treated as a firedrill and you have more taks than hours in a day, then work here.They allow overtime, which is nice since you will most likely be working 60+ hour weeks.

Only good for a paycheck

- Usually just working a cash register, grabbing instore pickup orders for customers, constantly asking customers to join the rewards program.- Abysmal when slow because all you do is prepare orders or fix the piles of clothes that customers throw around like you're not a person that has to clean it up.- Learn basic cashier service experience. - No real culture between coworkers, just talking about what we would do instead of working there.

Good If You’re in High school , Not as An Adult

This just pay minimum and for some that may seem like a lot however it’s not. The management does not seem to care when there’s an issue. Then tries too hard when the DM or RM comes to the store. Makes no sense. However proceed at your own risk. Good Luck.
