What is the best part of working at the company? The students are the best part of working at the Children's Guild. The company has unorthodox riles regarding staff, such as no off campus lunch. Staff has to bring their lunch and eat their lunch along with the students and doing cafeteria duty. No 30 minute lunch break and the school hours are long. What is the most stressful part about working a...
One to One Aide in Transformation Academy

This is the most toxic I've worked. The students suffer because of poor management. The adult bullying and poor hr is enough to drive you insane. There is not enough staff to accommodate the students. The administration does not properly train. Meetings are held yet noting changes. There is always infighting and no professionalism.

Working for The Children’s Guild was a great experience. You’ll find a great sense of community there with the OMHC staff and directors. However, the company really needs to do better with appropriate pay.

Which wouldn't or wasn't an issue. However just complement the others as well. What is the most stressful part about working at the company? Most of the time it was administration staff. They appears t...
School Social Worker in Brooklyn, MD

Structured school schedule. Difficult to take time off but off summers and holidays. Challenging work with awesome kids. Conflicting dynamics and perspectives on services provided to students. Staff turnover and lack of time and support to get necessary work completed.

This would really depend on the position you apply for. Basic questions like past experience with students, autistic students, special education students. Otherwise not too taxing. I was interviewed by 3 administrators. But again this would probably be different based on position, setting, (type of school) and location.

This would really depend on th...
