So i applies & frequently called the store in hoping of setting an interview, they seen it as motivation for the job. Came in, enthusiastic and ready! Got the job, started the next week :) I’m the only 16 year old they’ve hired in 9 years! It’s very face paced and the staff is great

It depends on your position. Sales associates get anywhere from 4-12 or so hours a week. Leads get between 16-25. Assistant managers and store managers are full time so close to 40.
