Know the basics of troubleshooting website connectivity issues or web applications. Understand the basics of networking and server technologies. And as technologies are advancing and moving towards cloud, start investing into the cloud technologies and security. Because the company has no heart, or value for families. It's only the rich getting richer. The longer your employed there, the quicker they'll get rid of you to save themselves money. Unethical hiring practices.

They use the PTO system now. Hourly and Salary varies slightly as you get paid sick time w/hourly and salary you just get straight PTO. You get roughly 2 weeks starting off and it increases by a week every 5 years up to 20 when you max out at 30 days PTO.

Spend a couple years then leave. They will never give back to you what you give to them, dont believe anything that is said, rules change by the hr.
