What is the vacation policy like at The Cincinnati Insurance Companies? How many vacation days do you get per year?
They use the PTO system now. Hourly and Salary varies slightly as you get paid sick time w/hourly and salary you just get straight PTO. You get roughly 2 weeks starting off and it increases by a week every 5 years up to 20 when you max out at 30 days PTO.
What tips or advice would you give to someone interviewing at The Cincinnati Insurance Companies?
Spend a couple years then leave. They will never give back to you what you give to them, dont believe anything that is said, rules change by the hr.
