A typical day is stressful but it's fun because you get to go places you never been in get to meet a lot of people .What i learned is that you have to have a sense of humor on the job you can't let a busy day get to you.The workplace culture is very diverse different cultures works for this company. The hardest part of this job is the long hours on your feet if you not use to standing for more than 8 hours this isn't the job for you. The most enjoyable part is going places you never been and meeting a lot of upscale peolpe.

Worked some of the biggest private events with a huge staff. Some events required 3 or more box and refrigerated trucks, 100,000s of dollars in rentals and food at almost every event. Definitely the big dogs of the middle east coast catering world.

I only worked for them twice because tey just called high school students to wrok for them but i did get paid $10 per hour. It was fun i did lots of cooking and serving , also cleaning. One day we did food preping for BGE Hurricane crew.
