I really liked the job at first until I realized that they have a tendency to lean HEAVILY on good employees and do not take appropriate action against bad employees. terrible workplace and toxic management

the workplace is awful the managers are horrible and you’re paid completely unfairly don’t waste your time. They have you cleaning up to five houses a day, single out favorites and the owner was never there. Horrible workplace. The managers were rude and treated the workers like dogs.

Hard work, long hours, not a job for full time parents

Great pay, great business, no way to balance work with life. Arriving at 7:40am every day you sometimes don't get done until 5:30pm and that isn't including the commute. They say to request off time in advance if you need days off but end up terminating you for doing so. They leave no wiggle room for you being sick, or having a sick child. Cuando vas te dicen que vas a ganar de $450 a $800 semanal, al final no ganas ni $300 a la semana porque hay poco trabajo y encima no rotan a las personas que van un día para que todos trabajen parejo, en la semana trabajas a veces solo dos días a veces tres días pero no más.
