Nice company to work for They are there for their employees. It’s a full time job. You only have so many PTO days and that is ur paid vacation. Every time you miss a day of work you LOSE on of your PTO days. The way they do that is not fair at all

Work is consistent and off before 5 each day. Pay is hourly but can count on what I am making and paid every week. Closed holidays and weekends. Promoted to CPH and now working on being a trainer. I have learned a lot.

Worked there for a month and was very over it after my tips got stolen, management left by 2-3 pm or barely answered when you needed to call them for help. The cars shouldn’t have been driven in, majority of them have been in previous accidents, all the problem lights are on and the brakes are terribly tight. Their planning makes no sense on the order of houses. The $600-$700 a week is a lie and so is the $250 hiring bonus.

Management works hard to assure the comfort of their employees. Making sure we are all taken care of and are healthy and happy. The pay is probably the best you’ll find for a good cleaning company that cares about both employees and customers. Both of the owners ensure a safe environment for their cleaners in the sense of co workers around us and the homes we enter. They appreciate us in a way I have never seen Employers appreciate their employees. We each have a very good relationship with both of the owners and they never tear us down if we mess up. I left for a month and tried another cleaning company, it was the worst thing I could have done for my security of self and home. I couldn’t ask for better management in terms of treating us all equally and creating a safe space to talk to them if need be. They care about everyone they hire as if we are a family.

Toxic environment for the workers…lots of judgement when you make a mistake. Lots of gossip because it’s a lot of women at that job. Also the pay is unfair. I worked with someone the same week and they made $200 more dollars than me
