Give your employees a chance to adjust to your hard work. I needed that paycheck but i refuse to stay somewhere i dont feel appreciated.

I would really sit and take the time to listen to the employees, give them more time to deliver quality work, better pay, and better cars and equipment. That way customers don't have the opportunity to complain about their clean.

They need to hire a new manager somebody who can communicate with clients be honest treat their workers how they would want to be treated be more organized invest in better things better products and train their managers to have a better attitude and not argue with the workers inside a clients house

Realize that if you didn’t have cleaners, you wouldn’t have a job. We don’t get paid enough for the work we do and essentially we are treated poorly.

I believe it's extremely important to treat your employees with respect and dignity. If you treat your employees well they will treat the customers well and so on. But by you putting everyone on the back burner you are not creating healthy relationships which then effects everything and everyone else.
