There was no interview I went in and was told the basics that I would think of as common sense and I was hired like that. No looking into anything about me I could of been a killer and been hired. They would of found out weeks later after I already was working

Never got an interview, walked in to fill application and management was opening a bottle of champagne. I was ignored for the most part until I started asking questions about the pay and if I could take the application home to go over and finish it. Everyone denied permission to leave the premesis with the application, which I found to be highly suspicious. I was told where to initial and sign, but being a teenager, I had no idea what I was signing and was hurried through the process. Did not have the opportunity to fully comprehend the legal details because of being rushed and uncomfortable. Would not have worked there if I understood how things worked in that place.
