Use to be great. Here lately I don’t enjoy getting up and going because of the office situation and what is being covered up but I love my customers and once I get to that point, I’m good.
If you were in charge, what would you do to make The Cleaning Authority a better place to work?
Better pay with clock in times you can see . If your not going to give better pay at lest let us see when we are making what amount of money. It doesn’t leave any of us trusting our manager
I was ok with it at first but then when I realized what kind of people the franchise owners were, I was embarrassed.
3 company shirts provided, but they come out of your pay. Apron provided and has to be worn, but I don’t see the male employees wearing them.
Cathy in the office and knowing about the people that get away with stuff from stealing, calling customers foul names for them to hear from the other room to doing drugs in a customers home and getting kicked out. It’s upsetting for us that are doing the right thing and care about our customers.
Some offices have company cars. Other offices, employees use their personal vehicle and are reimbursed for mileage
So from what I'm gathering you have a different partner eveyday? You cant pick your own partner someone your comfortable with?
If your on a team, you have a set partner as long as you both are content with one another and move through your day efficiently. Some people get along well but are not as productive together. After training you will get tossed around a bit but it’s usually in efforts to find a partner that you are good with and they are as well. Family and close friends are not allowed to work together as a team
I applied online and was called the following day. The owner went through some pre-screen questions with me to make sure I was qualified for the position (a car is required, insurance for vehicle, ability to work mon-fri 8-5). Then they scheduled an interview. When I arrived, the owner greeted me and had me fill out an application then I watched a video which explains their company. Owner brought me in his office and went over my application with me. Asked questions about previous employers, what I liked and what I didn't like, why I left etc. Then he explained the position, the pay, opportunities for advancement. At the end of the interview he offered me a position as long as my background check came back clear.
