Start the day off at 7 am. Arrived at work early to prepare for the day with all supplies needed to clean houses. Cleaned at least 3-5 houses a day with 2-3 coworkers as a team. Trained new employees for job requirements and using the Cleaning Authority procedure of cleaning a home.
Communication between teams and management is required throughout the day. Hourly wages are based on clocking in & out of each house. Using our personal cell phones and customer home phones are a must to clock in & out of a house. Sometimes teams equipments can break down, we have to advise the managers of every situation.
Everyday transportation for daily work every employee is required to use our personal vehicle to & from the office. We pay for our gas through out the day to clean houses. Mileage on our personal vehicle can add up quickly.
