Team Leader (Former Employee) – Lakewood, CO – August 11, 2016
This is an extremely easy job but you will be pushed to get your houses done and pick up fellow employees slack. The way they do pay should be illegal so be prepared to be disappointed. Depending on your boss you get $10-13/hr ONLY while your clocked into the house all other time is "drive time" which is 6.50/hr and if your the one driving (they don't provide vehicles) you get $.25 a mile. This job can get real annoying real fast because of unreliable team mates. Also you have to get your own oil filter changes company does not compensate for that and you will rack up miles about 100 a week or more.
provides cleaning materials, easy work
unreliable workers, bad pay, no set hours, terrible communication, bad management
Cleaner (Former Employee) – Wyoming, MI – July 14, 2019
Management was terrible. A lot of favoritism. Never went home at the time we were told. Too much work for a two-person team. The owner was friends with the two managers outside of work. So therefore they were treated much better than we were. And so were the employees they liked!
Cleaner (Former Employee) – Burnsville, MN – July 13, 2019
Full time 8 am to 5 or 6 pm 5 days a week. Everyone notices a lack of hours in the paycheck by half of when your there. If you go over the set time to finish a house even by 5 min the boss takes a hour off your check. If you come in after 7:50am your docked 50c a day for a week. Ppl will smoke crack in your car, bosses will put hands on you draging you around cursing you infront of clients . Pay is about 200 a week
