Program Manager

I only worked twice per year designing a conference on Corporate Philanthropy and facilitating it. I enjoyed the work immensely, but working with the Conference Board was sometimes stressful. The person I worked under was not terribly communicative, and I felt on my own a lot.
ProsFreedom, respect, creativity, connections
ConsNon-communicative management.
