A phenomenal place to work!

The Connor Group is a strong and successful company based around deep rooted culture that prides itself on reward, recognition, and personal accountability. Personal and professional development of every associate is the focus of all the senior management team from day one. People count in this organization. The central support office is a work of art, every detail it the buildings construction was meticulously fabricated. The physical facility is immaculate. Clean communication (positive and constructive) regarding the status of the company is given regularly to all associates. You're never the "new guy." New associates are immediately welcomed as part of the team and brought into The Loop- The Connor Group mobile application for company associate related news and information.

Everyday is different and you get to engage with a variety of different people and residents. Team is very honest with each other but also has a lot of respect for one another. I most appreciate how every person I have met has been willing to help me learn and grow.

Highly engaged leadership team, training program the company invests to ensure new hires are given the tools to be successful, friendly and welcoming teammates, open and candid work environment

Cons

Long hours with high expectations, the culture is not for everyone but that was shared with me during the interview process.

Welcome to your dream job! You will work hard here and utilize all the skills you have acquired through your work experience. You will also work amongst some phenomenal people who lead, support, and encourage you along the way. Culture here is actually lived by. This company does an exceptional job of holding you accountable, encouraging growth, and communication. I feel, "in the know", here. This is such a change from what I am used to. Organization is of upmost importance here. You will have many tasks/projects going on with deadlines. With that being said, staying organized/planning is encouraged through out your training.

they want you broke, miserable, dissatisfied, and disgusted with your day to day job. they say i owe them thousands of dollars now just because i quit. who knew working for the connor group would be like singing up for the military.

Life changing!!

Excellent place to work

Maintenance Technician (Current Employee) - Cincinnati, OH - May 18, 2023

On a normal day either turning a unit or doing work orders, you need to treat the job in hand as if you were working in your own home. The tenants as your neighbors help them repair what's needed and explain the problem. If you dont know how to resolve the problem there are plenty of co workers a phone call away who will patiently help you through the repair.

Seems too good to be true....

But it is absolutely all true. I finally broke free of retail management. I am able to utilize my people management skills in a whole new way. The Connor Group takes their training very seriously. They make sure you have a strong foundation of understanding and a good support system. They take very seriously their company culture which is so amazing to finally have everyone around you thing and work the same way. Everyone I work with is smart and driven.

Just 2 months into life at TCG and I'm finding it incredibly fun and rewarding! The days fly by and my team is so upbeat and positive! Hard work gets you recognized here and management is here to help you grow and succeed- pushing you to do better while still cheering you on for how far you've come! They live by policies and procedures which I find refreshing because there is order and organization to the way things are done! The benefits are fantastic and they give you GIFTS as form of recognition (it's really encouraging to be recognized for hard work by the company you work for). Highly recommend it here at The Connor Group!!!
